Relevant now more than ever during

Covid19 pandemic:
This post was written long before the start of the pandemic but the guilty feeling of "doing nothing" is more prevalent than ever. There is a new layer of social comparison happening and we need to realize that we are all experiencing and dealing with this trauma differently. There is no one way to survive current events.

How do I feel in this moment? Tense, relaxed, happy, sad?

What am I doing? Is how I'm feeling directly related?

If I'm unhappy, can I remove this activity from my life? If I'm happy, can I bring more of this into my daily routine?
4.
What am I grateful for now, in this moment?
5.
Have I remembered to be kind today - especially to myself?
